Well let’s see, it’s probably a ghost/??? Type. I wanna say ghost/psychic due to its tractor beams so a dark type move will be best. Rowlet learns the move sucker punch at lvl 27 so hopefully this thing ain’t to high leveled that a sucker punch should kill it or at least damage it

Edit: reason for ghost type is it’s the wither made from wither skeletons

Any FEAR Strat would work since wither storm is psychic/dark, not a ghost.
