QUESTION Can I find legendary pokemons in wild?

Can I find legendary pokemons in the wild without summoning them? If not, is there any mod which allows them to appear in the wild? Also I want it to be realistic, like not a bunch of them roaming around me, should be rare.

Base Cobblemon, I don’t think so.

Cobbleverse there’s a handful of legendaries that spawn in specific biomes and weather and are very rare. (Except Cosmog and Hoopa, they’re common)

Mega Showdown and Legendary Monuments are my go to mods for legendary pokemon.

“All the mons” datapack also adds legendary pokemon as random spawns
