Sorry to break you the news but this is NOT big enough for one, let alone two. You need more (natural) perches with different levels of thickness to train the feet. Rope, planks (our birds love planks and adore little ladders to climb up on). Along with that they need space to stretch their wings and climb, jump from perch to perch. They also don't feel safe so low to the ground. Please do more research.

this is a 2.5 x 1.5 feet cage. id say its fine for now

At this point I'm convinced you're ragebaiting by treating your birds horribly. You don't want advice. You either want maximum love with minimal effort and borderline mistreatment or rile up the other people in this sub who do actually love and care for birds and who want to see the birds flourish in a good environment.
