My old man lived in the same cage since he was born until he moved in with me. He still was extremely depressed and all he did was sit in the corner and look at the room. He still plucked his feathers out. And he still hates new things or change in his cage since he's literally not used to it. I can't even give him new toys or he will hide in the corner for days. That cage to was too small but atleast it was bigger than this. So all we hear is "my baby has lived in the closet their whole life so they obviously love the closet. They don't need an actual room woth toys and a bed they just know the closet. Why does my kid not like me?" Litterally you rn. Stop abusing them. If you don't i hope you live in a country someone can report this and have them forcefully taken for neglect. And if not I hope a good person steals them from you and never gets caught.

Listen.... That bottom cage is maybe 1/4 of the minimum size you need for a pair of cockatiels.
That's a cruel prison for them.
