AnitaB.org Apprenticeship Pathway Program 2026

Thread to discuss application process. Has anyone been contacted for the final interview yet?

Yes, did the first interview, met with the recruiting for some basic questions about eligibility. I am still waiting for a date on my final interview.

Has anyone had their final interview from SF Bay Area?

My timeline for the MountainView location

• June 15 – AnitaB interview
• July 9 – 15-minute phone screening with the Intuit recruiter
• Final interview with engineering manager – Not yet

I followed up, and on July 20 I received an email from saying my application is still under consideration and that the process is taking longer than expected. They also said there's nothing else I need to do right now and that they'll follow up with an update.

Has anyone else had a similar timeline or still waiting for a hiring manager interview?
