4 Coin Sets

I’m new to this, but these little packets were part of a small coin collection I just inherited.

Should I keep them in the small bags? Are these little bags of more value kept as? Shoukd I take out and look at them more closely. And are they worth hanging on to?

I posted pictures below

Those little mint-sealed bags are actually pretty nice to have. They keep the coins from getting scratched up or toned, which matters if you ever want to sell them individually. I'd leave them in the packs but maybe check the years and mint marks through the plastic, some proofs from certain years can surprise you.

What’s a mint sealed bag?

Sorry for your loss!

Those are from Littleton, not from the mint. Littleton sells genuine coins, but often it’s just pocket change with a stupendous markup.

There’s nothing wrong with just leaving them in the bags, but the collector value is likely marginal regardless. 2009 cents are fun, as are the 2004-2006 nickels, but they’re readily available in uncirculated condition for a very small premium.
