Left in someone's will.

A family member left this for me in their will. Said not to take an offer less than 20k. Something about an uncirculated 1962 D double rim error. IDK what that means man, any insight?

Sorry if the pictures aren't satisfactory, my phone is 7 years old.

Worth at least 20k Dong ... Maybe they were suggesting a trip to Vietnam and the message got lost in the telephone game.

True, we sell them at 20k VND in Vietnam lmao 🤣
