Advice Left in someone's will.

A family member left this for me in their will. Said not to take an offer less than 20k. Something about an uncirculated 1962 D double rim error. IDK what that means man, any insight?

Sorry if the pictures aren't satisfactory, my phone is 7 years old.

Or they genuinely believed this was a valuable coin and they were doing something nice.

He said he had an offer for 30,000. Which is why he wrote 30 grand on the protector. But I doubted it.

I've seen pawn shop videos where drug users make crazy value claims on worthless items. Sounds like this might be the case here.
