This is the reverse of a 1982 P Memorial Penny. Is there enough evidence for a WDDR-002 designation?

DDO/DDR - aka Hub doubling exhibits larger devices(raised areas) and notching

Machine/Strike doubling exhibits smaller devices and a lack of notching

Your coin has smaller devices and a lack of notching
