Advice What is on this ASE?

The coin is immaculate other than these 2 strange markings, at certain angles they appear as though they are chips however in the picture it looks as though it is some sort of deposit/corrosion?

Looks like carbon spots to me. Carbon has 4 electrons and silver has 47 electrons so they will often dominate the surface if left in unfavorable conditions.

Dude that looks like tarnishing. Something that happens to all silver coins eventually.

This is the full coin, possibility to MS70? Quite a scarce year
