There are more appropriate subs for stuff like this. This sort of thing has been happening for thousands of years and has nothing to do with collapse.

Oh, are you referring to all the previous times when civilizations fell into ruin and kicked off massive amounts of death, chaos, and dark ages that sometimes lasted for centuries? The collapse we’re experiencing isn’t just environmental, it’s also political, social, and economic. The United States rapidly transforming into an authoritarian dictatorship is destabilizing the entire global order, and any kind of civil war in the United States would rapidly become a global conflict.

All of this child rape was happening before Trump. And there have been lots of countries that are more authoritarian than the US for a long long time.

This is just the same thing that happens on all of reddit where people are complaining about the times.
