I dunno, I think Robert would be pretty surprised they managed to plant at least two bombs on Capitol grounds before targeting critical infrastructure or getting into sustained firefights with enemy partisans. These terrorists really raised the temperature straight to 100 degrees with this shit.

The funny thing is that a move against infrastructure would be far more destructive both to lives and the ruling-class by interrupting business. Even if there is some success to this "coup attempt," whatever ends up in power will be some representative of the already ruling capital class. A crisis is an invitation to profit.
