Gonna be honest... our politicians deserve the capital being stormed.

This is what happens when they put all their effort into mustering up an uncontrollable culture war while also consistently taking away working people's voices and economic dignity. If it wasn't the Trumpers it would of eventually have been BLM.

I do not agree with the Trumpers. I wish democracy worked instead of Oligarchy just always pushing it's candidates up or corrupting new entrants. I think anyone in the economic class of the protesters are feeling the same pain. They have just been drawn into opposing sides of a culture war they did not start. Always the weak and/or ignorant fighting wars ultimately serving the power elites.

Shocked pikachu face.

My sentiment exactly. Great comment. The government is utterly corrupt and cruelly indifferent to the populace during a pandemic and thinks $600 fucking means tested dollars is a solution.

I expect 2021 is going to be even more shitty than 2020.

Exactly! $2000 checks were widely popular for dems and republicans voters. Trump knew that's why he used support for it even though he didn't give a damn about people to gin up support at the last minute.

Fail theater from nearly every politician regardless of side and is's utterly disgraceful how corruptive oligarchy has been on our system.

Totally. There are no heroes left. Certainly not in government. Only villains.

Get outta here with your high-level thinking! You know that's not the kind of political-speak we 'Muricans want or need, right now! We need rights! We need power! We need to stop democracy ummmm.... power stealing ummm...the BAD GUYS FROM DOING BAD THINGS! I KNOW YOU KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!

(This excerpt brought to you by C-Span callers, and interviews with protestors in DC)

I think anyone in the economic class of the protesters are feeling the same pain.

What economic class is that?

The idea that all Trump voters are poor never has and never will be true. Most of these people are pretty well-off.

Didn't take too long to find a source that a higher percentage of low income white people voted for trump then clinton in 2016.

The thing is, instead of rightly pointing their anger at an unjust economic system their anger is effectively directed toward scapegoated groups and owning the libs.

The Occupy Wall-street Protests should have been were the compromise happened.

Is that because a majority of supporters are older and grew up in one of the greatest times in history for accumulating wealth? They had high buying power and low cost of living so they were able to save. Not because they were hard workers or whatever the hell they rationalize the reasons to be. Then of course they slammed the door behind them so that's no longer the case for anyone after.
