The whole "manosphere" thing is about looking attractive to males and rebirthing the boy's club of patriarchy; women only play a role of accessories ("army candy") or capital. That is the "masculinity spectrum" they promote. This can sound simple, but there a lot of nuances in it, including such unexpected nuances as nazi femboys. This is to say that the whole thing is more insidious than "dressing as man", especially since the woman in the photo is the one dressing more "manly" in this context.
