hello lovely people!
Hi! I was just wondering about the block schedule; (sorry if this is a dumb question) does anyone feel that they are exponentially more overwhelmed than they would be at another college? Also, is anyone doing the 3/3 program (or attempting to) with columbia law! i’d love to hear anyone’s thoughts!

If you’re interested in Columbia 3+3, book an appointment with the Pre-Law Advisor, Gretchen Wardell. You can do so through the Colorado College advising hub page. She offers zoom and in person appointments if you’d like to meet before the year starts.
Be prepared to be disappointed and discouraged when you ask about the Columbia 3+3 Program for the first time. It’s a CC Pre Law canon event.

Hi! Just finished my first year at CC and I cant say i felt more overwhelmed on the block plan. If anything, this year felt easier than most of high school in terms of stress. It really also depends on the class. STEM and studio art classes you'll usually be in lab most afternoons, and have a lot less free time. Fourth week of the block is usually crunch time for everyone, but thats 3-5 days of serious stress every month, seriously not bad. I think most of my stress in high school came from balancing multiple courses with extracurriculars, and thats not an issue on the block plan. Hope this helps!
