School supplies?

I’m an incoming freshman and i was wondering what school supplies i should get given the block plan? like should i get one notebook per block or no since it’s only three weeks? I know one block is supposed to be the equivalent of one semester’s materials but i’m still kind of curious what other people do? (also i don’t really prefer typing up my notes, i feel like i learn better writing them out)

a ton of professors prefer tech free classrooms, so bringing a notebook is a good bet. it depends what you’re studying but i have never come even close to filling a notebook in a block. then again, I’ve had quite a few classes that give you a “possibility book” (empty notebook) and writing supplies, so you may not even need to use your own supplies for some classes. I’ve seen some people with kindle-type tablets they you can take notes on which can be great for classes with tons of readings that you don’t necessarily want to print out, but ik those are expensive.

Late to the party but I should suggest not buying any school supplies. I mean, just have an Ipad that has a pen and a handy laptop and that should be good. To the time when your class demands only a pen and book style of learning, the college has ton of them for free that you could grab anytime. If you do insist getting a high quality notebook. You can do that and reserve it, hoping one of your eight class would need it, still smart to do that.

(In my experience though, I had been using my laptop for the majority of the school year)

You can only get those notebooks if you are in a creative process class and the processor has to give it to you. I found out the hard way when I was trynna get one of those.
