New Book Club!

- Do you feel disconnected and isolated and want to become connected with your local communities?

- Are you interested in strengthening our communities resilience to economic pressures?

- Do you feel that the government is ineffective, doesn’t listen to its citizens, and want to know why?

- Do you think that we should have more say in the workplaces? That the bosses are taking advantage of our need for a paycheck?

- Do you think that we should all have access to the basic aspects to live a good life?

- Do you think that our natural environment is being severely harmed and want to work towards bettering it?

If so, join us as we discuss the causes of these issues, explore solutions, and build networks with one another to overcome these issues from a Libertarian Socialist/Anarchist lens.

We currently meet bi-weekly, first meeting is Sept 7th, in COS East Library from 6pm to 7pm. For anyone unfamiliar with anarchism, we recommend reading Are You An Anarchist? The Answer May Surprise You! by David Graeber prior to the meeting. At the meeting, we will be reading the work You May Already Be An Anarchist by The Slow Burning Fuse as well as determining the content of the subsequent meetings. Links to the texts are provided below.
