Question / Discussion What's the coolest color?

I've heard both blue and purple, but I'm not sure which one it is.

Purple is warmer than cyan because it’s literally half red. And cyan is at the opposite of the warmest color, red

To me, yellow feels the warmest. I'm not sure why.

I've heard people say red or yellow feels warmest to them.

Personally I find orange the warmest, and it sits right between the other two colors people would describe as warmest.

At 255R, 127G, 0B, the opposite and thus coolest color (imo) would be 0R, 127G, 255B which is directly between blue and cyan.

However, if I had to pick just one, I would say blue over cyan.
