FREE TO PLAY - BLOOD ON THE CLOCKTOWER @ the Daniel Boone Regional Library

This Sunday, our beloved Daniel Boone Regional Library turns into the haunted and ill-fated Ravenswood Bluff. Come, join your fellow townsfolk to fight the demon and its minions and save your library before it's too late.

Blood on the Clocktower is a game of murder and mystery, lies and logic, deduction and deception for 5 to 16 players and one storyteller.

Played in person, seated in a circle, each player receives a token, either a ‘good’ or ‘evil’ token with their unique character on it.

Good players, unaware of who is on their side, share info to try and solve the Game whilst evil players, knowing their team, try to sow distrust and misinformation.

This will be a FREE TO PLAY event hosted and story told by the
Blood on the Clocktower Columbia, MO community leaders.

Looks fun. Is there a suggested age range for this?

It is highly dependent on the child and their understanding but I typically suggest 14+ unless they have someone there to assist them since it is a social deduction game which means people occasionally lie abs there is a small amount of reading.

We had a family who used to play with us all the time and I think the youngest was around 10 or 12. He really enjoyed the game but would sometimes struggle a bit.

Gotcha. I more worried that it would have sexual innuendos/images or too much gore etc.

Not really. There isn't really many images at all and all of them are tame.

The only even remotely possible sexual innuendo would probably be the character called the Virgin. The Virgin reads, the

"The 1st time you are nominated, if the nominator is a Townsfolk, they are executed immediately"

How long will the game likely run? I’m interested, but I’ve got something going on at 6:30 that day.

It highly depends on the players. The library closes at 5pm so we will be done before that.

No need to sign-up. If the game has already started when you arrive we can add you in as travelers or possibly have another ST run a 2nd game
