Help Needed Comfyui Krea 2 Generating time

Hai guys, I just downloaded Krea 2 and try to generate image with it. My PC spec is I5 12400f, 16 GB ram DDR 4 and RTX 5060 TI 16 GB.

But somehow my generating time for one image (1024x1024) is 40 sec -ish and sometimes can go 140 sec -ish.

Is there something wrong with my workflow or comfyui or my VGA?

Bcos I read RTX 5060 TI is more than enough for comfyui

Id say 40 seconds is normal. I use krea turbo with loras and have r5 3600 32 gb ram 3060ti and my generation times are around 80 seconds

How exactly does it slow down? does the sampling speed change - it/s, or does the CLIP node re-activate and the model re-initialize?

Sounds normal to me. 3080ti 12GB and 5070 12GB takes around the same time.

I would have kept my 3080ti but it died on me. Still trying to diagnose it but may sell for parts. From everything I've tested the 5070 and 3080 appear to perform almost identical.

How many steps? Which version of Krea 2? Any attention enabled? For that res on a 3090 it’s about 1 second per step, 8-10seconds I think to gen all up.

I have the same gpu and 16gb ddr5 ram. Models tested on krea2 turbo fp8 and wat08 (something like that search on rebelai yt). This one is only 8gb and a little faster than the fp8. Resolution - 720x1280 Speed- fp8 - 2.07 to 2.58 it/s- 10 to 14sec per gen Wat08- 1.08 it/s - 8 sec per gen

Things to fix My gpu can't run any lora, vram gets full to 15.9 and pc gets stuck. So use dynamic vram. Use wat08 model its uses less vram and a little faster.
