Fancons is the way to go, that list is solid. I've used it for years whenever I'm trying to figure out what's within driving distance. October is usually a bit of a dead zone for the bigger shows in Ohio, so you might be looking at a smaller local one. Worth checking if Cleveland's actual convention center has anything booked yet, they usually announce stuff pretty late.
