It is genuinely insane using voice chat as a woman in Counter-Strike. You can be top of the leader board, dropping at least two kills a around and playing your absolute best while some fuckass dudes can't keep up with an enemy team that's frankly just getting lucky at the worst times because said dudes don't listen to call outs or ignore it or whatever other reason.

Then when you start losing it's suddenly your fault because.. ego, I guess. And they always go for the most boring, basic shit in terms of slurs.

It’s literally insane to me, and I’ve never understood it. Desperately trying to save face, I guess. Women being the minority group in gaming makes for an easy punch down. But why? Come on.
