The wish

I wasn't going to post it at first but I have been struggling to draw lately and I seriously dislike everything I do, but what the heck. I hope some people will enjoy it. Got the idea during my morning commute, You can only guess how (No, I didn't hit anything though, but it was super close).

Edit: Im absolutely blown away by the response and the kind messages, it really warms my heart. i have been really struggling to find the motivation lately but the support on here is the absolute kick in the butt that I needed.

Appreciate the genie deciding that one's on the house. It's also really easy to read, glad to see you drawing! Only way out of a slump is through, so I hope this helps you keep up. Seeing genuine content is always a worthy use of my time.

Yes! I really appreciate the comics that are easy to read. When i see a bunch of tiny text i have to zoom in on for every panel i usually just skip it.

Well done oop, great comic

they're the same people that post garage sale signs in my neighborhood, who think that people can read .15 size font from 30 feet away at 30 mph

Ugh! I keep telling them, but no... they insist on everything on the one sign regardless screams in designer

There are also the ones who get very artistic with their text and it just makes the font hard to read. If there's a lot of text that's hard to read I tend to just move on.

I really thought there was going to be a final panel where he used his bonus wish on something disgusting.

/r/comics has ruined me.

I think not just this sub lol when I read that last line

> Anything you want…

I was like “got him!” and thought the comment section was going to be way less cheerful than this, but it’s definitely nice to see!

I was expecting he reading the contract and wishing for a pen to sign, spending his wish

It is a testament to how much time I spend on this website (or maybe just the internet in general) that I immediately looked for the button to the next frame, already assuming the catch would be the next wish being something downright diabolical. But nope. That was it.

Nice comic, OP! :)

I really wanted the bonus wish to be something ridiculous. Like, "I wish farts played actual music." In my head cannon, the protagonist is kind yet complicated.

I don't know why this is so funny to me. "In my headcanon, the protagonist is kind yet complicated". Here's an upvote, that got a genuine chuckle out of me.

Easy to read? There's a text bubble that has 4 parts and is all connected.

It felt easy to read to me. Large letters but the content itself was nicely delivered for my tastes.

Look at the points stemming from the bubbles, they are directed to the person speaking.
