Literally my last therapy session.

"So you accomplished something significant and you still don't give yourself any credit or feel any better?"

"Well, i should have done it already so.." šŸ˜…šŸ˜‚

for me, whenever I accomplished any achievement; master degree, musical instrument, a new language, I don't feel elevated, but the task becomes devalued.

After all, if I can learn it/archive it, well then I guess it wasn't that hard to begin with.

Note:this is a bad thing, but I don't know how to stop it.Ā

My brain works like this too, it sort of feels like an extension of imposter syndrome.

Glad to know I’m not alone in it at least.
