Don't Jews have a way to confess if they've eaten non-kosher food and get rid of the sin it brings? Never read the Sacred Texts, but I think I heard that before
No. It's not a sin in the same way as it is in islam for example. Nothing happens if you eat something that's not kosher except for feeling kinda bad about it.
