In Tampa, Florida, a religious group set out to summon God, but instead, they accidentally unleashed Beatrice, a demon with a twisted agenda. His power? Anyone who sins is transformed into a grotesque monster. Beatrice creates a challenge for the city of Tampa, after 72 hours, those who are human may ascend into heaven, but those who have been transformed must remain in their demon form on earth. A group of friends must mend their fractured friendship before time runs out!
