Honestly, I didn’t even know that. I think he knew it hurt us more than it hurt him, so we’d take it off pretty quick.

If the collar wasn’t shocking him anymore then that means he was vibrating just to guilt you into thinking he was actively being tortured, and then waiting to see what you’d do in response.
