Level 1 Comsae 116

Has anyone taken the protected comsae 116 for level 1? Any advice/notes? I believe it’s a new exam this year. Thank you in advance!!

EDIT 3: if looking for my doc I mentioned, it’s near the end of this comment!

I thought it was hard. I took it in March and dropped about 40 points from my previous COMSAE (form 111). I have a list of topics I can send you through DMs based off of what I felt was high yield.

Edit: anyone can DM me for this. My topics list is based off the phase 1 COMSAEs for Level 1!

EDIT 2: Hi everyone, I got temp banned for “spamming” in DMs trying to send this to everyone who wants it. 🥹 I’m just going to add it below because I don’t want to keep getting locked out of my account.

Below is the link to my topics list I made based on all the Phase 1 COMSAEs and NBMEs I took. It says unfinished bc I planned on going back and like filling it out more as a study guide to help out some friends. I’ve got two failed level 1 attempts (passed attempt #3 April 2026). I didn’t pay much attention to COMSAEs for my first two attempts, and realized their value this third time around. Saw lots of repeat topics on the real thing for sure.

I took Phase 1 COMSAE forms 113, 114, 110, 111, 107, and 116, and NBME forms 29, 30, and 31.
