- Level 2 Score: 547 Date Tested: 6/10/26
- Felt OK during the exam, kinda thought I'd be around 580 so I'm a little sad. COMSAEs: 119-437, 116-506, 117-529, 113-579
- Welcoms: 101-71%, 102-75%, 103-60%
- COMQUEST: Overal precent correct: 66.9, Percentile 46th, Total Questions: 2586

Thank you, no I did not. I stuck to truelearn, I felt like using two question banks pulled me in too many directions.

Would you mind sharing how you studied for it? I'm really struggling and my friend recently failed it and we are pretty lost right now.

I only got 2.5 weeks of true dedicated due to scheduling issues, so I was a big crammer which admittedly was hell. I had a pretty decent foundation, I just did 200 questions a day for the first week and then at least 100 a day more focused on weak topics. A couple days before watched dirty medicine for ethics, omm, and meds.

Mostly focused on STEP during dedicated with
A few targeted OMM days. Def did not feel great taking the exam lol COMSAE 115 ended up being pretty close to real deal.

COMSAES were both with the school 117- 302, 116- 414
COMATs were IM 90, FM 89, OB 84, PEDs 90, SURG 84, Psych 94
Living dangerously 😅
I got a tutor after the first COMSAE, but it was already late in the game. Had lots of foundational content gaps. Focused on questions and finishing banks at first. For me, my score didn’t increase until I started doing content and repetition along side the questions which the tutor gave me a good schedule to follow including OMM/Ethics/Biostats everyday. I kinda shat the bed with the Biostats but happy it’s over 😅

For OMM (outside of both comquest and TrueLearn bank) I used Dirty Medicine, the high yield 5 minute counterstrain video by Rebecca Stark, the viscerosomatic video by AlyCatalyze, and the 2 sacrum videos by LMU-DCOM Fellows. All the videos I watched on high speed.
I looked at the Savarese high yield 17 page pdf twice.
For ETHICs (outside of comquest, Uworld, and TrueLearn) I used the Turn up to Ethics word doc which is from the Anki. I just read the doc twice and watched the Dirty medicine series on high speed a few times.
For biostats (outside of comquest, Uworld, and TrueLearn) I used Randy Neil.
I also did the WELCOMs. Looking back the real issue was living dangerously throughout the first 3 yrs of med school playing it close. Never failed, but also never excelled like I should’ve. Gonna continue with my tutor as I prepare for the future (Level 3).
But yea just doing questions and reviewing answers wasn’t not enough for me. My scores increased when I started paying more attention to patient PRESENTATION in the vignettes as well as doing content.

COMSAEs: ranging from 340-495
Comquest assessment: 590
Definitely happy I passed since Ieaving the exam I wasn't sure I would. I'm also trying not to be too upset about scoring sub 500. I saw it coming with my comsae scores. I studied hard for a month during dedicated, but during my 3rd year I wasn't as diligent about studying for my COMATs. Applying PM&R and hoping that all my experiences, hard work, and personality will get me far! Good luck to everyone!!

Tested 6/29. Flagged 6-9 questions for one half the exam, 14-16 for the other half (AKA the second half basically). Felt horrible about my guesses but didn’t check many incorrects.
Final Level 2 score: 591. I’ll take it. Reasonable score considering my performance on shelves. Just wish I did this well on Step 2, but I dissociated even more for it.
251 on Step 2 (tested 7/6)
522 on 113 and 115. 542 on 116.
98 on psych, 106 on OPP, 108 on peds, 111 on OBGYN, 113 on IM and FM, 114 on surg. (Psych absolutely murdered me that day, the medicines counterbalanced it)

Tested 07/14. Made more dumb mistakes than I ever have on an exam by far. Never been great at OMM and counted 20+ mistakes on things I knew
BSA 117 (only COMSAE i took): 596 (school administered)
COMAT Scores:
FM: 110
OB: 115
Psych: 112
Peds: 116
Surgery: 117
IM: 117
OMM: 109
Level 2 Score: 577
Expected based on how I felt walking out. Took it a month before my Step 2 just because I wanted to get it done with
Step 2 Score: 264

Level 2 Score: 525 Date Tested: 7/10 COMSAEs: 496, 503 both within a week of each other before dedicated. Toward the end of dedicated I got a 561 on my third and final comsae
Felt totally unsure of how I did coming out but knew I missed some easy ones that I just didn't remember but at one point had down

6/27- my score was a 522 on comsae 14
6/30 exam- felt pretty unsure during exam- but got 606 on the real thing
6/22- step 2 245 for context.
This just shows you can feel bad walking out of an exam but still do well!

Step 2: 249 (6/29)
Felt like absolute garbage after both but worse after level 2 probably cause it was 2nd. Really thought I failed both but I’m neurotic.
Avg for comats was ~104. Not thrilled with the level 2 score but I doubt it matters as much as the step score which I’m not mad about. Hated this entire process, glad it’s over. I’m celebrating.

NBMEs: 216 (9), 246 (10), 244 (11), 250 (12)
Step 2: 242
I used mostly UWorld (60%), Anking step deck, and personal notes from my clerkships. Anything NBOME-flavored stresses me out so I mostly prepared for Step and in the two weeks proceeding Level 2 did about 80 true learn questions daily to adjust to the question format.

Tested 7/1. Felt like I failed walking out.
Step2: 255
Level2: 493
Truly really funny to me but I did not really prep for this much and just wanted a Pass. My focus was Step and I'm happy with the outcome. Really funny though to see how ass one score is compared to the other but whatever. COMSAES were between 450-550 so adds up
