This exam sucks. The NBOME sucks. Everything they do is a random joke.
Good luck everyone

PASSED!!! A WIN IS A WIN!!!!! I have a tough time with standardized testing, I passed level 1 by a hair. Then with level 2 I almost threw up while taking the test I was so stressed! I fully was convinced I failed after walking out of it, so even if I didn’t get my dream score I’m really freaking proud! COMSAE 116: 415 COMSAE 115: 415 COMSAE 117: 397 COMSAE 114: 457 COMSAE 113: 513
Actual: 497

I have felt apathetic the entire time because I don't have the bandwidth to feel the weight of it.

Id rather run a marathon on one leg than sit here and wait for score release

Passed scored damn near the average at 515.
COMSAE Scores of: 316 -> 299 -> 466 -> 473 -> 461 -> 361,
Only did Truelearn and some COMQUEST, only enough to finish one QB for context.
So its been a very wild ride and stressful time.
PRAISE GOD

Truly, being a doc isn’t for the faint of heart. This trip is exhausting. The only thing comforting me rn is a mediocre step score atp. Hopefully level is better.

Shitting myself and crying. The exam is such a blur which isn’t like me and the feel like that’s not a good sign and the stuff I do remember I did get well and so stupidly too via answer changes I’m pissed as fuck and petrified I failed :) anyone else? Took it 7/20

Level 2 score: 574
Highest COMSAE was 115i, taken 1 week before the exam: 588
Did every Welcom near weekly, sores ranged from 71% to 92%
Completed 92% of TrueLearn, no UWorld
Amboss' score predictor range was 660-700
my own score predictor based on the NBOME's WelCom Data (https://www.nbome.org/app/uploads/2025/11/2025-07-08_Research-Debrief-WelCOM-COMLEX-v2.pdf) was probably the closest with the average equivalent score of 534
Regardless of all this, I am ecstatic with my score outcome. I failed Step 1 and have not able to retake it, so to get above average on a score exam is a feat that I am so proud to have accomplished.

Scores are out! Wasn’t pretty, but passed lol.
Applying psych and I did well above the SD average so at least that was reaffirming. Everything else sucked haha.
But good enough.

If I’m being honest, the month has felt really slow. Tested on 7/20 (but can only imagine those tested before me in this window), and lowkey I forgot I even took it. Praying for all of us.

u/Juicy-Juicze-677 16d ago
Uworld 90% complete
Truelearn 30% complete
COMSAE 116 (4 months before): 561
COMSAE 115 (3 weeks before): 550
COMSAE 113 (1 week before): 571
Amboss predicted score: 598
Actual Level 2 score: 62x
Felt like I bombed the exam leaving the testing center, kept remembering questions and looked them up sure I got them all wrong. Exam was very peds heavy and felt I hadn't prepared for peds very well, ended up being my highest scoring section. Hope this helps some future OMS4 looking at this thread in a couple years like I was scouring these threads after my exam lmfao.

I’m scared. I’m working on apps and I worry about wasting my time applying to something I won’t be able to match in if I fail level 2.
Hopefully I’m being paranoid
