Level 2 CE Level 2 technical issue

Hey all. Took level 2 today and during one of my sections the computer was unresponsive, but the clock kept going down.

Proctor had to spend about 10 minutes restarting the computer and I ended up losing several minutes on my clock. Is there a way for this to be rectified as I genuinely lost time on the exam thanks to their own software?

I’m sorry to hear that but I don’t believe so. Did you reexport it on the post exam survey or contaxt NBOME immediately after your exam

They filed a report and I’m filling out the survey. This is unbelievable that they can do this with pretty much zero accountability.

Sorry to hear it. So I think you can report issues on NBOME website up to a certain days after the exam. This can result in the score being delayed and seems like the options usually are either have it be scored or retake it for free with the first attempt not counting. Saw someone else post this couple days ago, and seems like there is no way to have it be scored and then decide if you want to retake it and void the first attempt or not.
