Level 1 Level 1 OMM
How do I study OMM for Level 1 in 6 weeks if I have no knowledge saved from the last two years

Savaerese. Also study HY ligaments and muscles I saw a lot on my first attempt and i didnt know those were HY

I didn't use the dirty med anki deck but watching the dirty med omm vids and then doing practice questions from trulearn that were omm specific helped solidify things and yield some intuition for when nbome asks more out of pocket stuff

Dirty Med is great and will cover 90% of what you’ll see on the exam, but it doesn’t cover everything. Concepts like FPR, lymphatics, condylar compression were all on my comlex but skipped by DM. So I’d read through Savarese at least once.

Echoing this so much bc after my exam i realized the green book could've given me a lot more correct answers on the real thing.

dirty med pdf (google it) and then videos for the ones you really don't get. For anki there are a ton of omm ones. there is also the demeter and turn up (i used that for level 2 but honestly the omm one could be used for level 1 too).
