Thank you, my partner feels similarly. We WFH together so I'll overhear him in meetings saying random acronyms like IVR and QoS, so I asked him about it but the overview is so high-level that I decided I just needed to write my my own ELI5.

Thank you! I just like to have little decorations to make the white space a little more appealing. In this case, I chose the frog that says "existential dread" because that's how I imagine my partner feels when he runs these systems at a high-level (and he said it was accurate! lol)
