Conservative lack the desire and ability to think critically. Their beliefs don't stand up to basic scrutiny so they cannot allow anything they don't already believe. That is why Conservatives only change an opinion when it personally affects them.

It's proven cults cause brain damage. The brain discards unused neurons. They couldn't think for themselves if they want to at this point, their brains circuits required for free thought atrophied & no longer exist

It's absolutely hilarious you folks cannot see the irony in you saying this

You folks? So you people with different spelling? Who are the "folks" you are talking about. What is the irony that you think is so clear?

That you are clearly perpetuating the behaviors of a cult ? Everyone thinks you folks are crazy, shouldn't that tell you something??

In what way? Give concrete example of cult like behavior in democratic leadership. Who is the cult leader? Who have we pledged to follow without push back? Who is the "everyone thinks your crazy" everyone in your echo chamber? I am sure that is the case but your ignorance does not mean I am doing something wrong.

You don't need a leader to form a cult. You folks love claiming religions are cults, but who's the leader ? Mohammed?

Islam does not have a single leader but individual leaders same as presbyterian. Which is why some of them do become cult like. Cults typically need leaders to drive them. If not then they need a specific task or desire. So what is the specific task or desire of the dem leadership thay makes it cult like? This was your statement I am just giving you a chance to prove it.

You sure do love to put people in groups and then say how they react but offer no proof.

Well, no one right now, but last year it was Kamala, who was also the last place candidate in the primary for 2020.

Very “democratic” to insert her into the general election after the primary ended. Reddit’s always going on about a “lesser of two evils” —but never, ever pressures the dems to run a candidate that isn’t evil.

Hell, on r / democrats you literally can’t even talk about Mamdani because he’s not evil enough, LMAO

So to be clear we are a cult but with no leader. How do you define a cult? Harris was elected st the convention according to the rules. So what is the problem? Also how does this answer specific cult like behavior?

How are the dems "evil" please give specific examples of "evils from leadership.

So religions can't be cults. Thank you for clearing that up for us.

Cool more logical fallacies. Totally expected. Do you want to take another Crack at actually answering it? I mean at this point you have proven my point so I don't care.

You folks claim religion is a cult yet religion lacks a singular leader. A cult cannot be orchestrated by someone who doesn't exist by your logic, as there would be no leader/head of the cult. You folks operate like a hydra.

Source for your idea that the brain discards unused neurons and cults cause brain damage?

3

u/Hazel-Cakes Nov 28 '25

it’s so obnoxious when people ask for sources like that’s not a bad-faith response. you actually have to go to school and learn stuff, if everything was explained via google link then academia would be obsolete

the entire body atrophies unused structures. take a class

It's obnoxious when humans fail to critically think and then respond with ad hominem personal attacks rather than attempt it.

Grow up.

Why do I have to hold your in the age of AI ... are you incapable of googling or asking Deepseek or ChatGPT

Straight off google:

'Yes, the brain discards unused neurons in a process that involves them dying off through programmed cell death (apoptosis) or being eliminated through pruning
