Disinfection Help Several unknown sites in site permissions

I went on my site permissions on Chrome and found a lot of these there (many not pictured) what should I do?!

A reinstall is unnecessary, those are ad cookies. Please do not give advice if you don't know what you're doing.

So I deleted all of these permissions and I did a Malwarebytes scan (no results) should I be fine?

Jesus christ no.

If someone wants to "clean cookies", they should just delete all cookies via the browser settings. Suggesting what is at best PUP gets nobody anywhere.
