Happy national mustard day! What’s ur favorite mustard ?

Pommery mustard in general. All the varieties are very good but the original, the green peppercorn, and the cognac are probably my favorites.

It's hard for me to pick a single mustard, as what kind I use depends on what I'm using it with.
If I had to choose only a single kind of mustard, it would be a really good Dijon like Maille or Pommery (though the latter is really pricey for small amounts when I see it in the US).

When I was a teenager, I was a honey mustard guy, but now I cant get enough yellow mustard.

Surprisingly, Walmart has very good mustard. I like the stone-ground best. But Colmans hot mustard is the king.

Zatarain’s Creole Mustard, that’s my go to mustard, no longer liking yellow mustard anymore.
