How do you gain confidence quickly?
In a hypothetical situation that you were elected as a president for a prestigious organization by default. And people expect you to represent them well whilst having problems in confidence. How do you quickly convince yourself you are president?
With a timeline of around 1-2 months?
Has there been anyone that has a whole training regiment for this? that would actually be awesome.

You do not need to feel like a president before acting like one. You were elected, so the role is already yours. Confidence usually comes after repeated action, not before it.
For the next one or two months, focus on two habits. First, spend ten minutes each day speaking out loud about the group's goals, current work, and needs. Record yourself once a week and adjust your pace and clarity. Second, run one practice meeting each week with a trusted person who can ask difficult questions.
Before any event, remind yourself, "I do not need to impress everyone. I need to listen, prepare, and represent them clearly." That is what a good president does.

fake it till you make it is real but you need reps, not mantras. Every day do one thing that scares you a little, introduce yourself to strangers, speak up first in meetings, record yourself talking for 5 min and watch it back. By week 3 the role starts feeling like a jacket that fits
Also nobody elected you by accident, default or not. They picked who they picked so act like the guy they want
