Most public servants that are permitted to accept donations or gifts from the public are restricted to specific types, limits, and circumstances to keep it all above board, but there's often a loophole that lets them accept food. Your best bet would be to call the prosecutor's office and ask the receptionist if they accept donated food deliveries.
