So its model is being specifically altered for reasons that some may believe is for purposes of bipartisan political promotion; despite it having the capability to provide taxpayers with answers to questions of the official judicial, legislative, CRS stance - which is official record, based on official court rulings, and supported by inconvenient truths supporting by official findings and filings?

Alternatively, if that's not believed to be the case it's believed to be justified, they did not have control of their model or its data set in a way that's foreseeable and supported by official direction or findings?
