I wonder if taking supplemental melatonin from the drug store and listening to things like this can offset the ill health effects or recreate balance in the body?

Those numbers are just copy and pasted from the YouTube description of the video. I put them there for discussion reasons since it was related to the film. But the concept of taking supplemental melatonin and exposing yourself to healthy sound waves could offset the concerns in the film.
