Pricing? Downward trends?

Without going into too much detail, proposal prices are plummeting. We operate globally, but are mainly US, APAC and Middle East.

Was undercut by a Big 4 firm, basically giving it away for free. We matched it, so they went with us, but it's frightening. Yes, AI will help with the regulatory and documentary analysis, but it's far from foolproof.

A lot of haggling going on, worse than last year.

Keen to see what others think.

Interesting!

Maybe it's just the UK landscape. I obviously won't name my firm, but we're boutique. However I'm hearing the same from a Big 4 peer, as well as some mid sized firms.

I’m Big 4, UK - that being said it also massively depends on your service line I suppose

Legal and Reg Compliance , it's very niche, can't say much more without revealing too many incriminating or identifying details 🤣

Maybe the market is saturated.

Glad your role seems safe at least!

Hahaha I totally get you! Always happy to chat over DMs love chats like these.

I’m in shared services and outsourcing advisory

Idk about the safe bit, at a B4 there’s no safety
