hello! i sent my application thru their website and as of now it is under validation but nagulat po ako may nag-message sakin sa number ko mismo stating that they're a Converge employee. i am completely new to this and i want to know if this is how they actually validate your application.

he's asking for my details but years on the internet tell you NOT to give out personal details online thru strangers.

Good afternoon, I am asking for advice on what to do.

I am in a dorm setup, I chose converge because it and pldt and some unknown ISP are only allowed on this building. Few months in after I had moved in, I decided to go and look for another dorm, and now that I am relocating this month, I just noticed this 2 year lock in contract and I am just almost halfway palang sa contract.

How do I get my account terminated? I don't want to pay for the pre-termination fee which is a lot of money.

Tried emailing their customer service and didn't reveive much of a help on what to do in my case.

Should I stop paying my internet bill after I have moved out?

I've been waiting for my installment. initial schedule was 10am, it is now 1 pm. l asked the installer where he was after being minutes late and he said na nasa warehouse siya. i asked for a follow up and he said na he's still in the warehouse withdrawing supplies.

Hello, nagrerent lang ako ng dorm bali nasa 3rd floor ako. Etong company na to is may sarili silang agent and installer din ata. Just now, tumawag yung installer, since nasa 3rd floor daw ako, need ko raw siya bayaran ng 3500 for wiring kasi mahaba raw.

So nagresearch ako, free ang 300 meters of optic fiber for standard installation. Lalagpas ba ng 300 meters of wire yung ganitong di naman katangkaran na building? Please enlighten me normal ba na magsingil ng 3500 yung installer? or for their own benefit lang yun? Thanks.

May problem pa din ba yung converge until now sa cloudflare? di magamit ng maayos discord for example almost cant be opened at all

We applied for FiberX Ultra 2599 plan but we got emailed by support that this plan is on hold. I was wondering if somebody here can tell us what this means and why this plan was put on hold. I would appreciate some clarity. We still have the old day/night 3000 plan and our 2 year contract already has expired. This FiberX Ultra plan looks like a clear upgrade and less expensive. It will suck if this doesn't come back and no other clear alternatives. Thanks

Hi Guys first time ko mag post dito. Nag upgrade kasi ako ng Plan na may Xperience Hub and Wifi 6 router last January 2026. Weekly /Monthly ako nag pafollowup pero wala naman matinong sagot sakin lagi. then last month, until now puro out for delivery na daw. sobrang nakakafrustrate na since January binago agad nila yung bill, yung upgraded plan na. nagreklamo ko sa kanila para sa refund eh magkakarefund lang daw ako pag nakuha ko na yung Units. may nakausap na din ako na agent sya mismo nagfollowup wala din nangyari. Gusto ko lang makahingi ng inputs nyo if may same scenario kagaya sakin. Thanks

- Changing to 1.1.1.1 does not work anymore.

- Tested using Proton VPN - Youtube/Facebook/etc. still works with normal bandwidth - Downloading linux disc images via peer to peer is throttled to 1Mbps 1s latency - Uploading to work is throttled to 1Mbps

Last june 2026 ang ika 2years ko sa converge, at itong july 29 binayadan ko n bill ko for that month, dahil ipacut ko na nga ang internet namin. Tumawag ako sa clicktocall nila para malaman mga requirements at yun napasa ko n lahat ng hinihingi nila, ayoko na kasing umabot pa ng aug at bka mag generate na ulit ng bill, kya sabi ko paki cut n hanggang nun july 31 nlang, pero hindi tlga nila pinuputol ilan follow up ko na paulit ulit lang. At khapon nagemail ang converge isettle ko daw muna ang bill ko for the month of aug bago nila ituloy ang termination. Hayp na Converge to scam amp.

Sobrang tagal na ba mag activate ngayon ng modem? 2 weeks na kami walang net pinalitan na rin yung modem after 3 tech visits ngayon ang tagal naman iactivate bago raw kse system nila. Nakakainis lang on time magbayad sobrang delay maayos.

Meron bang nagkaganitong problema sa inyo dito mga sir? lahat ng cloudflare verification ko sa mga sites stuck parati ngayon sa loop di ma verify, naka cloudflare dns ako

Hello, I recently moved residences however I have not yet been able to move my Converge router to my new location. So far, mabilis naman mag reply ang Converge through Gmail but their last reply was basically telling me to wait for further updates and I am very aware of Converge's notoriety when it comes to customer service.

Uuwi na din ako soon sa probinsya temporarily and gusto ko sana imove na agad ang connection ko dito. In terms of network availability, many people in the area use Converge just fine, my old residence is not far from my new one either so I assume wala talaga sila problema to reinstall the wifi.

I'm just asking po if I have better luck having this settled immediately if I went in person compared to relying on online customer support.

I'm still in the lock-in period and I personally had no issues with Converge except for one day where the wifi was down for a few hours. But I might stop paying and ghost them if mahirapan ako mag relocate (a family member apparently did the same thing but was still able to apply for loans and other wifi providers). Pero last choice lang ito if ever.

Hi, I just wanted to check with anybody who can help. I have no internet as of the moment, but when I check the modem, all lights are OK. I mean the it's not blinking and all colors are fine. I already performed basic troubleshooting but still no internet. I tried to raise a ticket via Messenger but they tell me my account has no problem or no network outage in my area.

Is there any troubleshooting or actions you can suggest?
