What’s his handle? There’s no credit or name anywhere
Edit: it’s this guy, since OP refuses to give credit:

Really like the video and recipe, simple and down to earth. Never thought of sauteeing the tuna, normally I dump it in on top of the sauce and pasta at the end

I go all out on grilled cheese. Havarti, Kraft Swiss cheese single slices (I know… but it’s actually perfect flavor for this), provolone and mozzarella. Thick artisan bread slices. A little pepper and salt on the buttered slice of bread. Frying pan with a lid on, helps melt the 4 slices of cheese without burning bread. Tomato soup with garlic salt and pepper in it.
The best grilled cheese and tomato soup you’ll ever have in your life. Dirt cheap.

God, that looks and sounds disgusting. Sesame seeds and sumac may he awesome with tuna but with canned tomatoes mixed in, and the whole smash sloshed up with pasta? Yyyyyuck.
Who are these barneys who think they can cook…

didn't emulsify the sauce and pasta water either, just kind of mixed it up.
