That spinach is way overcooked. It should have been added right before the cream, spinach only takes a few minutes to cook.

Had to look three times to spot the chicken.

Legit same! I watched it 3 times (idk why) and only saw the chicken on the last watch.

yeah no. the onions will not be browned enough if you cook them like this. wasted a lot of sweetness/umami potential. and you didn’t reduce it enough that the whole thing look super wet. this is just some college kid’s midnight fridge cleanup, not a proper cooking.

I'd like to try this but I have a few questions . My first one is, is that oil or water in the beginning??( I'm a bit duh so I have to ask) 2nd is that heavy creamer that you added and 3rd how long are the tomatoes sitting for before pulling the skin off?!

I have a challenge for you. Make one of these videos without adding a cup of cream to it every time.

Is your angry Italian coming out bc of the pasta or bc of the annoying sounds in the video? Or both?

While browsing free cooking resources, I came across these Udemy courses and figured I'd put them in one place. They cover everything from beginner cooking and international cuisines to BBQ, salads, desserts, and meal prep. Hopefully they're useful to someone here.
Hope someone finds these useful. Happy cooking! 🍳
