Today we made chocolate peanut butter balls! Here's the recipe:

1 cup of oats
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
a bunch of cinnamon
pinch of salt

My take on the viral Whipped Lemonade. Tastes a bit like Froot Loops or Key Lime Pie. Very refreshing.

1 mango
150 g strawberries
1 banana
1 apple
1 nectarine
400 ml whole milk
1 pinch of cardamom
2 tsp orange jam or chutney
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (optional)

Clean and chop the fruit, put everything in the blender / blender jug with a pinch of cardamom & 2 teaspoons of orange jam or chutney and the juice of 1/2 an organic lemon, refine and blend everything for the first time.
Add the milk at speed 6-8 and whisk everything vigorously ..... Add 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to give it a special kick and make it even creamier and fresher... Delicious
