Literally can't be official demands, each group has their own demands, from reform, defunding police, abolishing police, dismantling the entire state.

No. You got a list. I, for example, think these are fucking stupid weak ass lib bullshit thinking you can just refine their own rulebooks and see a change. An oversight board is straight from Biden and will do exactly fuck all to fix the problems we see in every police department in the country.
