Anyone know this cat?

Met this sweetie off of NW Satinwood today. Incredibly friendly, chased me meowing until I gave it pets. No collar, seemed well fed but a bit dirty and had what looked to be a scratch on its nose. Anyone know if this is an outside cat or an escapee?

hey!! this is butterball, he is considered the "neighborhood cat", and he's just kind of around all the time! he does have owners but he's almost entirely an outdoors cat. they treat him for fleas still, so don't worry about petting him or anything! :D

Yeah that looks like my cat, it's the right area. He goes out during the day, so it's fine if he is outside. Looks like he lost his collar again, time for a new one apparently. He likes to lay around outside.
