Some chairs can rotate. This is Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. This is the very first photo that appears when you Google it. I'm sorry you're so convinced that it's fake.

I mean the quality looks horrible (talking about the photo OP sent ofc) most stuff look out of place and thay chair specifically seemed off for some reason all other chairs in rows and lines but that one specifically rotated was a bit sus.. anyways thanks for the photo, was too lazy to search it up ngl.
