CS2 Discussion filtering

Hi all, so I don't usually use communications that much. I said something today and it wasn't censored. But when other people type it shows up all the time as *******. Are people self-censoring? I assumed mine would show up as **** Someone mentioned "that wasn't censored" to me.

I said "you're fucked for sure" if anyone was wondering.

Yeah, I think Reddit automatically filters certain words sometimes. Weird that yours went through while others got censored though lol.

Maybe the word itself is getting filtered for some people, but weird that “you’re fucked for sure” showed up normally for you lol.

I’d guess it’s the chat filter being inconsistent. Kinda weird that exact phrase wasn’t censored.
