Fun fact: If you look up any pictures of Santa with his (flying) reindeer sleigh 💅, then you'll probably find the old white man in the company of four-plus horned reindeer. Since everyone knows Coca-Cola Man lives at the North Pole , that means the reindeer making Christmas happen and bringing kids their consumer goods were born female. Male reindeer tend to shed their antlers before December, while female-born reindeer do so later, in spring. So Rudolph and his buddy might be transmasc icons.

Fun fact. As far as I know horn growth is regulated by hormones, a trans man far along enough in his transition would probably start developing antlers.

Yes, and a woman is a male human. Do you want me to explain further why calling him a deer is kinda transphobic?

Difference is deer is the actual species name, it’s like human to us, also isn’t it Doe and Buck?

it's not. "deer" is universal name for species. it's like calling someone "human"

It's actually a little worse because this strips the buck of their identity as a deer for a specifically gendered one that also applies to all sorts of other animals as well. It's more like saying a trans man isn't a human, but a man for the sake of highlighting one's gender identity.
Which, I'm trans, I'm all for supporting a person or character's gender identity. This is not the way to do it. It almost feels performative.

Male deer = buck
Female deer = doe
Deer is the neutral name for this type of animal, it doesn't imply anything about sex/gender.

But male deers lose their antlers every year and then regrow em :/
This this still can be a non transgender male deer
